Bedrock Announces Acquisition of Corktown Lofts

Corktown Lofts includes loft-style office space, 2 warehouses and parking lots

January 13, 2016 [DETROIT]Bedrock Real Estate Services today announced the acquisition of Corktown Lofts which contains a four-story loft-style office building, two warehouses and two surface lots totaling approximately 178,500 square feet. The properties are located in the Corktown neighborhood and front both W. Fort Street and W. Lafayette Boulevard, a short distance from the state-of-the-art Quicken Loans Technology Center located at 1401 Rosa Parks Blvd.

The buildings will provide key mixed-use space in the flourishing Corktown neighborhood which continues to attract unique and innovative entrepreneurial companies, artists, and cool, new restaurants and living spaces.
